Delete Your Verboros Account

This page explains how to delete your Verboros account and the data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or install anything to read these instructions or to make a request.

1. Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest method, and it works for both signed-in accounts and guest accounts.

Open Verboros.
Tap the gear icon on the main menu to open Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings to the Delete account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

2. If you have already uninstalled the app

Email us at privacy@verboros.com from — or referencing — the email address linked to your account, and we will delete it for you. We aim to complete emailed requests within 30 days.

Guest accounts: if you never signed in with Google or Apple, your account has no email address or other identifying information attached to it, so we have no way to find it from an email request. Guest accounts can only be deleted from inside the app, using the steps above. Uninstalling the app already removes all guest game data stored on your device.

3. What deletion does

Deleting your account immediately removes your progress from your device and schedules the account for deletion after a 7-day grace period.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can sign back in during those 7 days to cancel the deletion and restore your progress. After the grace period ends, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Data that is deleted

Your email address.
Your Google or Apple sign-in identity and the ability to sign in to the account.
Your account metadata.
All game data stored on your device (removed immediately, before the grace period).

Data that is retained

Anonymized gameplay statistics — records such as your game progress, scores, and achievements are not erased. Once your account identifiers are removed, these records are no longer associated with your email address or sign-in identity.
Purchase records, which we retain where we need them for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
